I attended numerous rehabs for heroin but would relapse shortly after discharge. I had almost given up hope. Recovery Outcomes has given me an easy system of support where I feel safe to return to whether I have used or not. I attend every week and am not judged if I have slipped. My using has decreased over time and I have now passed my first University Degree. Ongoing support has made the difference – it is almost impossible to change your behaviour in 21 days. – GARY (age 21)
After my divorce I started drinking to console myself and to get to sleep. My children eventually forced me into rehab but I relapsed soon afterwards. I ended up in rehab again. Although I wanted to stop I couldn’t and hadn’t come to terms with my divorce and the blow to my ego. Recovery outcomes has kept me in touch with my psychiatrist and counsellor and helped me regain my confidence and eventually stop. With regular contact I have been able to get through this. – Mandy (age 49)
